Biomotor Institute Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization program meant to properly train track and field athletes. In the Washington Metropolitan area, many athletes—mostly track and field athletes—lack two vital components needed to participate in effective training:

  1. Knowledge and understanding of what a proper speed and power training program should contain.

  2. How to foster and support the benefits of said speed and power program while ensuring proper restoration.

The Biomotor Institute can help shape and polish the raw skill of the athlete. The coaching philosophy is constantly evolving and utilizes a multitude of innovative ways to best train athletes to be fast and remain healthy.

The name Biomotor Institute is based on the five Biomotor Abilities. They consist of:

-Strength: the capability to produce large amounts of force.
-Speed: the capability to move the body and/or its limbs rapidly.
-Endurance: the capability to perform large workloads and resist fatigue.
-Flexibility: the capability to display large ranges of movement.
-Coordination: the capability to perform motor skills quickly and precisely.

Developing each of these abilities will increase any athletes ability to perform well in their events.
